34 Below

(Date: 05/01/08 15:00 | Loc: AMERICA NORTH: USA: California (CA)). Award winning alternative-rock artist 34Below will energize you with their new album. An irresistible mix of pop and rock, 34Below's music defies definition yet appeals to the mainstream. "We live for our music," says James who, along with Ybarra, co-writes the majority of the band's material. Whether theyre in front of 20,000 people or 2 people they pull you in with their intimate rock show.
Who they are is four high school friends from San Diego, that have made a substantial impact with their unique brand of carefully stylized, melodic music and thought provoking songs. 34Below has been able to capture that energy on Masses Collide, which rocks with fifteen live unplugged tracks. Compared to the likes of Matchbox Twenty for their catchy melodic songs, or Queen for the strong vocals and lead presence, their influences range from Led Zeppelin to The Beatles, and from U2 to Mott The Hoople.

(Date: 04/22/08 14:36 | Loc: AMERICA NORTH: USA: North Carolina (NC)). AKA Ronnie Cox Contact info: ronnierun252@hotmail.com (252)215-0575-Home phone (703)861-4541- manager number (Dawn Arcress)P.O. Box 252 Winterville,NC 28590 www.myspace.com/ronnierun252nc music site Born and raised in a small town of Winterville, North Carolina Ronnie Run is a well-known rapper with a lot of streets credits.” I want to put North Carolina on the map and show people that there is talent around the state.” Growing up around the Pitt County area was just plain and real for Ronnie. “Where I’m from was nothing different from your New York or LA. Living in the South; the pace is slow and the hard work is there.” Starting out as a DJ; Ronnie knew or thought this was something he wanted to do. “After the Djing thing fell through; I had a back up plan and it was rapping.” Ronnie’s influences are God, my daughter Jocelyn, my family, The Sugar Hill Gang, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, 2Pac, Notorious BIG, Rakim, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, KRS-One , LL Cool J, Run DMC, Beastie Boys, Jay-Z and the list goes on and on. “ I remember the first time I heard “Rapper’s Delight” by the Sugar Hill Gang and I knew from that point; rapping was something I wanted to do.” It was during a school test when Ronnie wrote his 1st rap song. After that he kept writing until one day he pick up a mix tape and called the producer (VC) off the CD and the rest is history.” I called VC from Sick Man Productions and we talked and within 2 weeks I was recording my 1st EP ”Back 4 Tha’ Third Time”. The title track “4 tha’ Club” debut on the radio and quickly caught buzz around town as well as in other states outside of North Carolina. After the song appeared on the radio; Ronnie thought it would be a good idea to shoot a video for the song. “I got with my homeboy John RoRech and we ask Shawn (the owner of Club Dynasty) if it was ok to shoot the video there and he said it was cool.” About 2months later I submitted the video to BET late night show “Uncut” and within a week the video was being show before a nationwide audience. “I thought it was a blessing and a honor to be seen and heard on a level like that.” Soon after that; Ronnie thought it was time to hit the studio again and keep the street flooded with some more hits. “ I had to build up my fan base so that when I drop the EP “ Cleanin’ Houze” ; the fans would love what they hear.” It was one joint the fans and the DJ’s was feeling and that was “Bump Dis’ (Carolina Ridin’) . “I thought it was time to show the world how the Carolinas get down and let the know what we all about.” Now Ronnie Run is about to drop his mix tape “Hot Joints Vol. 1” with 3 of 12 tracks making noise as we speak you cant go wrong. “ Imagine Dat and Ghetto Life is making some crazy noise as we speak so I need to network these tracks and continue recording and hopefully get a break. Those tracks was produced by Kitaka”KI” Ingram for Kaotik Muzik and they are hot right now.! I am bringing a whole lot to the table as a artist and I am willing to give 200% if needed and more.

NIAM

(Date: 04/19/08 00:34 | Loc: AMERICA NORTH: USA: New York (NY)). Raised in the Bronx, Niam was raised amid the roots of the Hip Hop culture and instantly took an interest in it. Though Niam had a love of music his entire life, his experience in the music industry did not begin until he attained an internship with multi-platinum producer Dame Grease in 2004. The internship was intended to simply involve office work, but Grease soon took the young producer under his wing and helped Niam develop his own producing skills. After several years of honing his craft, Niam released a version of Jay-Z’s "American Gangster" featuring his own production. The remix album was well-received and garnered praise from various Hip Hop websites and blogs. Now Niam is ready to share his own music with his self-produced club hit "Bounce Swag".

Robert Nix

(Date: 04/08/08 17:08 | Loc: AMERICA NORTH: USA: California (CA)). "Intelligent Pop/Alternative Songs For All Of Humanity" All Tracks Composed/Recorded By R.NixReviews: Robert Nix ~ It’s A Complicated WorldPosted on Saturday, April 08, 2006 @ 07:30:00 EDT Topic: Reviews Artist: Robert NixCD: It's a Complicated WorldHome: Toronto,CanadaStyle: RockQuote: "In this complicated world of ours, it’s good to know that smart and passionate people like Robert Nix are diligently using music to understand this complex home planet of ours."By Dan MacIntosh This CD's title reminds us that it’s a complicated world after all, and its creator, Robert Nix, doesn’t try to convince us otherwise. Nix’s singing voice sometimes sounds eerily like Jim Morrison of The Doors, who was himself an especially complicated individual. The world may be a complicated place, but Nix applies basic, good musical values to his songs here.In addition to this CD’s title track, “A Black Spot On Humanity” also reveals how Nix consistently applies a big picture viewpoint to his lyrics. His songs alternate between being guitar-based and keyboard-based, with “A Black Spot On Humanity” exemplifying one of his keyboard-oriented songs. This latter track also utilizes orchestral string elements. In contrast to his mostly wide angle lens lyrics, “She Means A Lot To Her Friends And Family” is positively microscopic in comparison. Nix can become extremely passionate while he’s singing, which sets the contrastingly quiet “It’s The Day’s End” apart from the rest. In this complicated world of ours, it’s good to know that smart and passionate people like Robert Nix are diligently using music to understand this complex home planet of ours. http://www.cdbaby.com/robertnix

Atlanta, GA, October 14, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Golden Boy (Fospassin) is an artist who has been all over the world to present "The new way hiphop with alternative".Tight rythmes, great chorus and excellent productions brought his music at the top level of arts and entertainment.Fantastic composer and energetic singer-dancer, he has been awarded more than 15 times in 2 years. His music life has never been easy because most of radio stations and televisions here deal only with big artists names with no talent."I'm not a big artist with no talent like them. I have the talent... I`m a good singer, excellent dancer, sexy flat artist at the top level. I don`t care who they are and i don`t care what they do...They have big names with no talent. What are they singing about? And those radios and televisions want me to be like them? I`ll never... They need to be like me...": Golden Boy (Fospassin) said.Very nice treatment, appropriate attitude and believable sincerity, Golden Boy (Fospassin) wants us to be fair by giving the chance to others to get heard because there are a lot of talented artists out there who don`t have the way to be listenedto.
