Biography

if  you  need  anything  contact  me

ripper1fl2008@hotmail.com

bongos  at  3-yrs  olddrums  at  5yrs  old  then  guitar-my dad taught me how to play at an early age.....while most kids in elementry school were playing outside with kids --on the weekends--i was playing music with my dad and his friends...the picture on here is my dad, my uncle rich, and me...i really didnt like it all that  much at the time but--now i love it---..i learned alot from my dad......he is going on 82-yrs-old and still plays-banjo-dobro-fiddle-very-well..------i started playing--bluegrass-c%w-jazz-blues-classical-then--ROCK!!!!!!

the christmas of 1965 i got my first transistor radio...they were playing alot of yardbirds..rolling stones..the who...the beatles..the beach boys..ect...i would put the radio under my pillow and go to sleep listening to it....i went through alot of 9-volt batteries..lol...santana -is the reason i wanted to learn to play the electric guitar...(black-magic-woman)-is my  fav  from  carlos....

the --7-- 8-tracks that i listened to  most and  played until they  practicly  melted  ..lol  were

led  zeppelin----led  zeppelin
eric  clapton----slow  hand
bruce springsteen----born to run
robin  trower----bridge of sighs
ted nugent----free  for  all
black sabbath----paranoid
lynyrd skynyrd----street  survivors

jimmy page is probably my fav  guitarist with eddie  van halen  --(van halens first album is my fav)right there with  him...hendrix.(all along the watch tower)-.ect.........there are  too  many  influences  to  name  in  my  music.......its  a  bit  of  everything  all  combined.....

i can't read music..i play by  ear.....im  kind of an automatic  improviser.....i can probably  jump right in while a band is playing something i have never  heard  and  start  jamming....i used to work in a machine shop with a guy who is a jazz  guitarist......he has  made  cd's  ...teaches  music...ect..  i  wasn't  making  much  an  hour..  it  was  a  small  shop.. so.. he told  me..ill  show  you  scales...  he  would bring in paper with strings  drawn on them with the dots.. ..  where the dots were ...  that  was  the  scales...

well  that  went  on  for  a  few  months...he  was  suprised  because i would usually learn  the  scale  overnight....well  i  was  pratcing  7-hours a day--7-days  a  week..  thats  how  much  i  got  into  it...finally  he  told  me...if  you  want to  know  any  more  you  will  have  to  pay  me...lol.....well  i  just  used  the  scales  he  taught  me  to  learn  more  and  more.......i  cant  name  them  or  anything..  i  just  play  them...i  have  even  made  up  a  few  shred  scales  along  the  way....

im still  trying to figure out what to do with all  of these billions of notes going through  my head everday......when the time is right ill finish (THE-BIG-PICTURE)..AND THEN START ON NUMBER............... 4..(X-FACTOR).....i hope you can get into some of my jams.......i have been putting them on here and taking them off ......but i have desided......why create music for people to enjoy if you dont just leave it there for them to listen to........ofcourse i would like to make money doing this but........even if i dont.......i will always make music.....forever...i will always make up original jams because i feel it takes alot more talent to create than copy..there are way to many cover bands around now......do your own thing....become shredenstien..lol........peace.........
